All these products are on sale year round at the Auberge, as our production never stops. You can buy directly from the Auberge or you can send in an order. Any shipping charges will be added to the cost.

You can also tour the facility to learn how maple syrup was produced in the past and how new technologies have revolutionized the maple syrup industry.

The 591 snowmobile trail runs right past the front of the Auberge so you can stop at our place without having to make a detour or travel through the town. Our clients feel right at home in the relaxed atmosphere of the Auberge. The warmth of the fire, the easy comfort of the rocking chairs and our home cooking are all very popular with our guests.

The ATV trail also runs by the front of the Auberge. We are located at the heart of the territory covered by two ATV clubs, the Coyotes de Matane and the Vallée de la Matapédia. Being centrally located near two club territories means that ATVers can stay with us for several days, enjoying their sport every day on different trails.
